国家税务总局公告2011年第49号

经国务院批准，现将《国务院办公厅转发国家税务总局关于全面推广应用增值税防伪税控系统意见的通知》（国办发〔2000〕12号）第三条中“凡逾期未申报认证的，一律不得作为扣税凭证，已经抵扣税款的，由税务机关如数追缴，并按《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》的有关规定进行处罚”规定废止。2007年1月1日以后开具的增值税扣税凭证逾期未认证或未稽核比对如何处理问题，另行公告。

　　本公告自2011年10月1日起执行。
